Sizing Guide

Our Sizing Policy

At Wild One Jewellery, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted to your chosen size upon ordering. In the rare event that the ring / bangle doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a complimentary resizing service, subject to the following conditions:

1. A fee of £4.45 will be charged to cover the Royal Mail delivery costs for returning the resized ring to you. You can conveniently make this payment online, and we will provide you with a link for the transaction.

2. Ensure that the ring is returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We kindly request that you reach out to us before initiating the resizing process. This communication will help us better understand your needs and determine the necessary adjustments accurately.

Please be aware that we highly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service when returning items. Wild One Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for the delivery expenses associated with returning a ring for resizing or for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. For a more comprehensive understanding of our policies, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Finding Your Ring Size

If you're not accustomed to UK sizing, consult this chart to determine your size. We strongly recommend getting professionally measured before making your purchase. Ring sizers are readily available on Amazon Prime for as little as £2 with next-day delivery.

Before obtaining your ring size measurement, please take into consideration the following factors:

1. Physical activity and temperature can affect your finger size. To ensure accuracy, measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.

2. If you intend to purchase a wider ring band or a set of stacking rings, it may be advisable to opt for a slightly larger ring size to ensure a comfortable fit.

3. Please ensure that the ring sizer you use comfortably passes over your knuckle for a proper fit assessment.

Measuring for a Bangle

The UK standard bangle size is 63mm, and we offer small, medium, and large sizes as part of our standard selection.

When choosing a closed bangle, it's crucial to measure the widest part of your hand, not just your wrist. To accurately do this, gently fold your thumb towards your palm, extending it towards your little finger, aiming to touch their tips while keeping your other fingers straight. This method helps determine the minimum size needed. To measure the widest part of your hand, employ a measuring tape along or near the lower knuckles of your thumb and fingers. Once you have this measurement, consult our sizing table to identify the perfect bangle size for you.
