Refund policy
I truly want you to love your Wild One Jewellery purchase.
Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged, and I want receiving your jewellery to feel exciting, not stressful.
That said, I completely understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right, so here’s everything you need to know.
Returning Your Order
If you’ve changed your mind or your jewellery isn’t quite what you expected, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn
• unused
• in their original condition
• returned in original packaging where possible
To start a return, please get in touch first so I can help guide the process.
Bespoke & Personalised Orders
Because bespoke, custom-made, or personalised jewellery is created specifically for you, these items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
If you’re unsure whether your order falls into this category, just ask before ordering.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
If this applies to your products, this section is important to keep.
(If you currently accept earring returns, we can remove this.)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there’s a fault, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• photos where helpful
I’ll always do my best to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that payment providers and banks can sometimes take a few working days to process refunds.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For peace of mind, I’d always recommend using a tracked service when returning jewellery.
Handmade Jewellery Care
Wild One Jewellery is handcrafted with care, but jewellery naturally experiences wear over time depending on use, care, and lifestyle.
Damage caused by:
• accidental breakage
• improper care
• general wear and tear
• exposure to chemicals
may not be covered as faults.
If you’re unsure, always get in touch, I’m happy to help.
Need Help?
Questions about returns happen all the time, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
I’d always much rather help than have you worrying.
A Small Note
As a small handmade business, every order genuinely means a lot.
Thank you for supporting independent making, thoughtful craftsmanship, and shopping small.
It really does mean the world.
