Delivery & Processing Information
Because every Wild One Jewellery piece is handcrafted in small batches, delivery works a little differently from fast-fashion, next-day-everything shopping and honestly, I think that’s part of the charm.
Each order is thoughtfully made, prepared, and packaged with care from my Lincolnshire studio before heading off to its new home.
That said, I know when you’ve found something you love, you want to know when it’s arriving, so here’s everything you need to know.
Processing Times
Most Wild One Jewellery pieces are handmade to order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your jewellery to be made, prepared and dispatched.
Often it’s quicker but during busier periods, seasonal gifting madness or launch weeks, the full timeframe may apply.
If you need something urgently (birthday panic, anniversary rescue mission, forgotten special occasion, no judgement), please get in touch before ordering and I’ll always do my best to help.
UK Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £75
For orders under £75, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation so you know it’s on the way.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, seasonal demand, and postal delays outside my control but I’ll always aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.
Ordering for a Gift?
Wild One Jewellery is often bought for birthdays, anniversaries, meaningful milestones, and “just because” gifting.
If you’re ordering for a specific date, I’d always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during busy periods.
If you’re cutting it fine, just send me a message before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s realistically possible.
No false promises. Just honesty.

Every piece is created in small batches with attention to detail, thoughtful finishing and proper craftsmanship.
That means your jewellery may take a little longer than warehouse dispatch shopping but it also means it’s made with care by a real human.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times sit with the courier but if something seems delayed, missing, or generally a bit mysterious, please get in touch.
I’ll always do what I can to help track things down.
