Bespoke orders are non-returnable, as items are being made to your specific requirements.

We require a small pinch of ashes, per item in a small sealed container or bag, production shall be started once the ashes have been recieved. Please allow 3 weeks for Memorable Items to be handcrafted & delivered to your door
