Alterations Service

If you have purchased a Bangle, Bracelet or Ring which doesn't fit perfectly then please email hello@wildonejewellery.co.uk to let us know before you purchase this alteration.

We can make slight alterations to our Wild One Jewellery at a cost of £10 per individual item (excluding P+P). If your alterations are going to take longer to resolve we shall quote you for this when you send your enquiry email. 

This listing of £14 includes the alteration fee and the delivery fee for us to return your altered item to your return address. 

Please note when you send your item for alterations you shall be responsible for the item making its way to us safely. Please use the original packaging and we strongly recommend sending with a recorded service (Royal Mail special delivery or a courier of your choice).

Items will be sent back to you within 14 days of us receiving the items back to our studio.
