An intimate evening of creativity, intention, self-love & sound. Just six spaces. One beautiful evening dedicated to you.

Silver & Sound is a little different from your usual jewellery workshop.

It’s an evening to slow down, switch everything else off and spend some proper time with yourself, creating something meaningful with your hands, setting an intention and ending the evening completely relaxed.

Silver in your hands.
Sound all around you.

Is a Sound Bath safe for me?


All looks perfect my love, can’t believe how quickly you’ve turned it round, woman after my own heart!!! Only thing I think we may need to add is if it’s safe for them to have a soundbath as there’s certain conditions that are unsafe to receive sound healing. I normally have a little consent form on my website that you complete once booked but we could do that in person on the day.

Sound baths are generally considered safe for most people; however, they may not be suitable for everyone. If any of the following apply to you unfortunately we are unable to welcome you at this time.

• Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder unless medicated and managed 

• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device
• Experience sound-induced seizures

• Have a serious mental health condition such as psychosis or schizophrenia

• Are currently experiencing acute emotional distress or crisis 

Terms & Conditions

Workshops are confirmed once your booking has been agreed and payment has been made, you shall receive a confirmation email. 

Because this workshop is a limited collaborative event we can't offer cancellations or refunds once your booking has been confirmed.

If you can no longer make it, you can transfer your place to someone else just please notify us of any changes before the event.
